1. Thermostat modification plan (built-in/external control)

    Dual-mode control is possible, with built-in NTC temperature sensor to monitor the water temperature of the inner tank, and PID algorithm to dynamically adjust the heating power. External resistance sensor can monitor the pipe or ambient temperature to achieve cross-regional linkage control. It can also support the access of third-party thermostats, and users can choose a more cost-effective control plan to reduce the cost of equipment replacement.

  

2. Capacity expansion mode

    Adopting dual-tank fast heating technology, the heating mode is dynamically switched through the connecting pipe temperature sensor. In the conventional mode, single-tube heating meets daily water needs; in the bathing mode, two-tube parallel connection increases the heating speed to meet continuous water needs. Combined with pressure sensor and water level electrode, preheating is started when the water level in the inner tank drops to avoid cold water mixing in the middle of bathing.

 

3. Touch electronic control device

    The capacitive touch panel can directly switch the interface with gesture sliding, and supports wet hand operation through waterproof vapor design and anti-mistouch algorithm. The "on/off" and "mode switching" physical buttons are retained to meet the operating habits of elderly users. A voice module can be installed for control and accurate recognition of instructions. Supports multiple language switching, suitable for international families. The graphical interface can intuitively display water temperature curves and energy consumption statistics.

 

4. "Self-learning" mode

     Record daily water use time, temperature, and flow, and establish a user habit model. After the system runs for a week, it can predict the user's water demand, automatically match the best heating method according to the water use habits, adjust the heating power, and reduce ineffective heating.

Through the detection and analysis of water use data, changes in user water use habits (such as reduced water use by the elderly) can be discovered, and potential health problems can be warned in time. When abnormal fluctuations in water use are detected, the APP notification is automatically pushed to prompt to check for water leaks.

 

5. "Smart control" mode

   Combined with real-time electricity price data (need to be connected to the grid interface), outdoor temperature, and water tank insulation performance, the optimal heating temperature is dynamically calculated (such as 45℃ in summer and 55℃ in winter). Full power heating is performed during valley power periods (such as 23:00-7:00), and PID constant temperature control is switched to peak power periods. Compared with manual adjustment, it saves electricity bills, and users in peak and valley electricity price areas effectively reduce electricity bill expenses.

   Dynamic temperature control prevents the water temperature from being in the scaling range for a long time, ensuring the quality of hot water and extending the life of the heating tube. It can also be linked with smart washing machines and dishwashers to automatically match the optimal water temperature and improve the overall home energy efficiency.

 

6. Weekly Programming and Holiday Mode

   Supports multiple independent time periods per day, and each time period can set the target temperature (35-75℃), heating power (30%-100%) and cycle frequency. You can set a delayed start. When the user is more than 5 kilometers away from home through the mobile phone GPS positioning, the heating will be automatically delayed to start; remote wake-up 30 minutes before returning home. You can also set a single temporary task (such as "heating to 60℃ from 18:00 to 20:00"), and automatically resume the original plan when it expires.

   Holiday mode saves standby energy consumption compared to normal mode, while ensuring the safety of the equipment and preventing pipes from freezing and cracking after returning home.

2. Tuya Wi-Fi mobile phone control (power on/off function, adjust water tank temperature, monitor product working status)

Remote control: turn off the device through the APP after leaving home to avoid energy waste caused by forgetting to turn off the power. You can also turn on the heating in advance before leaving get off work, so that you can use hot water when you get home without waiting for preheating, saving time.

Personalized temperature adjustment: the water tank temperature can be adjusted remotely according to the family's water demand or actual situation to meet the water demand in different scenarios, such as raising the temperature in winter and lowering the temperature in summer.

Real-time monitoring: check the working status of the water heater at any time, including whether it is heating, the remaining hot water volume and other information, and deal with it in time if an abnormality is found. 3. Fault prompt (sensor damage or dry burning fault)

Quick response: When the sensor is damaged or a dry burning fault occurs, the device immediately issues a prompt, and the screen displays the fault code (such as E1: overtemperature, E2: leakage) to avoid further damage to the equipment due to undetected faults, or even fire and other serious safety accidents.

Reduce losses: Early warning of damage to key components (such as dry burning of the heating element) to avoid related failures (such as circuit board burnout). Quickly locate the type of fault to help after-sales describe the problem more accurately and reduce the time for maintenance personnel to troubleshoot the fault, thereby reducing maintenance costs and waiting time for maintenance, so that the equipment can be restored to normal use as soon as possible.

Peak energy saving and fee reduction: Combined with the peak and valley electricity price policy, make an appointment for heating during the valley electricity period, use low-priced electricity for hot water storage, and reduce electricity costs.

6. Leakage protection

Life safety: when leakage is detected, the leakage protection device instantly cuts off the power supply to avoid the risk of electric shock.

7. Automatic power off and water and electricity isolation in the bathtub (users need to install a water flow switch or flow meter)

Double safety protection: When the flow meter detects that the bathtub is full of water (such as continuous water flow for 5 minutes), it will automatically cut off the power and stop the water to avoid overflow and leakage.
