1.Single heating control field

It can perform basic temperature adjustment, use NTC/PTC temperature sensors to collect return and supply water temperature signals, and achieve a constant temperature accuracy of ±0.5℃ based on the PID temperature control algorithm. Combined with ambient temperature and water pressure fluctuations (±0.1MPa), the output is automatically corrected to avoid overshoot or undertemperature.

Use triangle current and triangle wiring method, combined with the "chopping constant temperature model" control algorithm, dynamically adjust the heating power to avoid energy waste caused by overheating. The PTC ceramic heating body automatically increases the power at low temperatures and automatically reduces the power at high temperatures, which can be used as an auxiliary energy-saving measure.

Built-in double safety protection measures, when the indoor temperature is lower than the set value, the thermostat sends a signal to start heating; when the indoor temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat sends a signal to turn off heating. By real-time monitoring of the circuit and sensor status, if an abnormal signal is detected, the LED indicator will report an error (such as E1: sensor failure, E2: heating body overload). It can also connect the indoor thermostat through the 485 interface to achieve climate compensation (the water supply temperature is dynamically adjusted with the room temperature).

2.Heating+Shower control field

You can switch to smart mode and set the "domestic hot water priority" strategy: when water demand (flow switch signal) is detected, the heating mode is temporarily turned off, only the hot water heating module is started, and the heating mode is automatically restored after the water use ends. In winter mode, the heating circuit is prioritized, and the shower water is heated with a delay (to avoid power overload). In summer, the heating circuit is turned off, and the shower instant hot response time is less than 3 seconds.

The external water temperature probe detects the shower water temperature. After comparing it with the preset target temperature, the power of the electric heating rod or ceramic heating body is adjusted through the solid-state relay (SSR) or three-phase half-controlled rectifier chopper technology to ensure the stability of the hot water temperature.

In terms of user interaction and remote control, touch buttons or LCD panels are configured to display the heating or hot water mode, water temperature and fault status in real time. An optional Wi-Fi module can be used to realize remote real-time monitoring and timed preheating functions of the mobile phone App.

3.Heating+Built-in tank control field

Temperature sensors are installed in the water tank to achieve "dual probe temperature control" and can automatically start and stop the heating rod according to the temperature difference to keep the water tank warm. Intermittent insulation starts when the water tank temperature is >50℃. It supports multiple modes including heating mode, water tank insulation mode and intelligent switching mode. It can optimize the heating time and reduce power consumption according to the outdoor temperature (external temperature sensor) and water use habits.

Through the cooperation of the built-in circulation pump and the electric control valve, the water tank circulation is started regularly or on demand to avoid water temperature stratification in the water tank and improve the heat utilization efficiency. It supports the "time-sharing valley peak electricity" strategy, and starts heating during the valley period with lower electricity cost to optimize electricity bills.

4.Heating+Shower+Built-in tank control field

Multi-module collaborative control, built-in state machine and priority scheduling algorithm, accurately manage the switching and parallel operation of heating circuits, shower circuits and water tank insulation circuits, and ensure efficient integration of the three functions. User interface design intelligent touch screen or remote App control, one-click switching scenes ("morning mode", "night mode") according to user habits.

Support big data energy consumption statistics and personalized energy-saving suggestions, predict water and heating needs such as holiday mode automatic adjustment. Cloud OTA capability upgrade enables control firmware and algorithms to be updated online, continuously optimizing system performance and security. 4.Overheating dual protection function (automatic + manual reset)
