1, After modification, this system can communicate with electronic faucet control board, control defferent valves on faucet (cooling water, filter water and sparkling water)

System transformation: communication with electronic faucet control board (multi-valve collaborative control) After the system transformation, different valves on the faucet can be efficiently driven through wired or wireless communication to achieve intelligent switching and remote management of cooling water, filtered water and sparkling water. Users can select the water type (such as ice water, room temperature water, sparkling water) through the touch screen, physical button or mobile phone APP. 


System transformation: adding a water pump driver board (automatic sparkling water preparation) After the system transformation, the water pump is adjusted or closed-loop driven by a dedicated driver board to achieve high-precision flow and pressure control for automatic preparation of sparkling water. Users can select the bubble strength (weak/medium/strong), and the system automatically matches the pressure (2Bar/4Bar/6Bar)

1. Intelligent constant temperature control system

Water temperature stability guarantee: Through high-precision NTC temperature sensor (±0.1℃ detection accuracy) and PID algorithm, ±0.5℃ precise control of the water temperature range of 2-100℃ is achieved, which brings users a constant temperature and stable experience, avoids discomfort and safety hazards caused by alternating hot and cold, and also meets the needs of home and commercial scenarios.

Dynamic power adjustment: Automatically adjust the heating power linear adjustment according to the deviation between the water temperature and the target value to avoid energy waste.

Safety protection: Prevent overheating (such as a sudden rise in the water temperature of the water boiler) or overcooling (freezing of the chiller) to avoid equipment damage or user scalding risks.

 

2. Power-off memory function

Personalized settings retention: Automatically store the last valid operating parameters (such as temperature setting, working mode) after power failure, and no manual intervention is required after power is restored.

Multi-device collaborative protection: When the system is connected to multiple external devices (such as filtration system, sparkling water machine), the memory function can synchronously retain the linkage logic of each module (such as automatically starting the CO₂ valve when the sparkling water mode is turned on), avoiding device status confusion and circuit impact caused by power failure, and extending the life of the compressor and heating tube.

 

3. Support Tuya Wi-Fi control

Remote management: Remote power on and off, temperature adjustment, and mode switching are realized through the mobile phone APP, and multi-device group management is supported (such as distinguishing kitchen boilers from bar counter chillers). Real-time monitoring of energy consumption data, support for abnormal alarm push, help users to promptly discover equipment failures (such as sensor failure, valve blockage).

Energy-saving strategy linkage: Combined with the analysis of peak and valley electricity price data (must be connected to the meter API), hot water is automatically reserved during the valley electricity period, and the peak electricity period is switched to the insulation mode, effectively reducing electricity expenses.

Business operation and maintenance upgrade: Chain stores can centrally control multiple devices through the Tuya Cloud platform to achieve standardized management and reduce regional operation and maintenance costs.

 

4. Support RF433 wireless transmitter remote control

Network-free environment control: supports up to 30 meters through the wall control, and the basic functions of the device can still be operated by the remote control in the area where the Wi-Fi signal is weak or disconnected. In the event of a network failure, RF433 is used as an emergency control channel to ensure the availability of the device.

Physical button operation: The remote control is configured with custom shortcut keys, and the preset parameters are triggered with one button, which is especially suitable for the elderly or temporary emergency scenarios (such as normal operation when Wi-Fi fails).

Multi-device compatible group control: It can be linked with existing smart home devices (such as smart sockets, thermostats) to build a localized smart ecosystem (such as turning on the kitchen lights synchronously when the boiler is started remotely).

 

5. Compatible with water boilers and chillers

System integration simplification: A single control panel is compatible with multiple devices such as water boilers (100℃ constant temperature), chillers (2-15℃ cooling), soda water machines (sparkling water preparation), etc., to achieve coordinated control of cold/hot water systems (such as coffee machines that require 98℃ hot water and 5℃ ice water at the same time). At the same time, it supports dual water source switching to meet different water quality requirements.
